Cadiz has extremely good communication links by road , train air and sea.

By car:

Cadiz has motorway links to Jerez (30 mins) Seville (80 mins) Gibraltar (80 mins) and Malaga (180 mins). Madrid is a 5 hour drive away.

By train:

Cadiz is served by a high speed rail link from Madrid (180 mins) and from Seville (80 mins)

By plane:

The closest airports are:

  • Jerez airport (30 mins), with flights to Madrid, Barcelona,Bilbao, London, Munich, Dussledorf and other European cities depending on the season.
  • Seville Airport (80 mins), with flights to many cities in Spain as well as most of the European Capitals and Cities.
  • Malaga Airport (180mins), with flights to most cities in Spain and Europe.
  • Gibraltar Airport (80 mins), with flights to London Gatwick and Heathrow, Manchester and Bristol.

International connections can be made via Madrid or Barcelona and then on to Jerez or Seville.

The Port of Cadiz has a container terminal that serves many routes, containers can either be sent directly to Cadiz or to Algeciras.
